Instructions
Slice the apples (peeling is optional), and place them on a plate or serving dish.
Combine the almond butter, honey/maple syrup, vanilla, and coconut milk in a saucepan over low heat. Whisk often as the mixture becomes smooth and melty.
Drizzle the caramel sauce onto the apple slices. Sprinkle your favorite toppings over the apples, such as sprinkles, mini chocolate chips, shredded coconut or chopped nuts.
Enjoy immediately! Store any leftover caramel in the fridge, and heat it up when ready to use again.
