large ripe peaches

sweet white wine
1 1/2
TSP
truvia baking blend
or 1 TBSP of regular sugar
1/4
TSP
cinnamon

cup
low fat/nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
Cut two peaches in half lengthwise. Remove pits, then cut a large cavity in the middle of each peach half.
In a small bowl, whisk the wine and sugar blend together. Pour into each peach hole and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake for half an hour. Remove from oven, and place 2 halves in 2 bowls. Top each with 1/2 cup vanilla fro yo, and enjoy!
