Ingredients
  

  • 12 dates
  • 1/2 cup pecan chips
  • 1/2 TSP vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 TBSP honey
  • 1/2 TSP pumpkin pie spice
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until well combined. You may need to scrap the batter off the sides of the food processor and pulse a few times more.
  • Roll into 7 balls. Chill in the fridge for a bit before enjoying.
