rolled oats
1/4
cup
whole wheat flour
1/2
TSP
matcha
1/2
banana
1/4
cup
vanilla Greek yogurt
1/4
TSP
vanilla extract
1/2
cup
vanilla almond milk
Pinch
of salt
Pinch
of stevia
Instructions
In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
Pour the batter onto a sprayed medium pan over medium heat, forming 3 pancakes. Cook until lightly browned, then flip over and repeat.
Remove from heat and top with honey, syrup, butter, apple, strawberries, granola, or whatever else your heart desires!
