container of plain quark or Greek yogurt
vanilla will work too

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Use a hand mixer to combine well until the dip is smooth.
Pour dip into a serving bowl and serve with fruit of your choice. Makes 1 1/2 cups of dip.
