almond butter

plant-based chocolate protein powder (optional)

chocolate soy milk
any other kind of milk works too
1/2
cup
dark sweet cherries
pitted and halved
1/2

dark chocolate
roughly chopped
Instructions
In a food processor, combine the banana, cocoa powder, stevia, almond butter, protein powder and milk. Pulse until smooth.
Add in cherries and dark chocolate, and pulse a few times until combined but still chunky.
Transfer to the freezer, and leave for at least an hour to harden.*
Spoon into a bowl and enjoy!
Notes
*If you leave the ice cream in the freezer for too long, you may need to allow it to defrost a bit before scooping it out.
