medium frozen banana

cup
unsweetened almond milk
or other milk of your choice
1/2
TSP- 1 TSP matcha powder
depending on how strong you like your matcha
1/4
cup
shredded coconut
1
TBSP
honey
you can use agave to make it vegan
1/4
TSP
vanilla extract
1/4
TSP
cinnamon
Handful of ice
Instructions
Combine 1/2 of the shredded coconut and all of the remaining ingredients in a blender, pulsing until smooth.
Pour into a glass, and sprinkle the remaining coconut shreds on top. Enjoy with a spoon!
