depending on how strong you like your matcha flavor

pure maple syrup

packet of pure stevia sweetener

peppermint extract
Pinch
of salt
Vegan marshmallows for topping
such as Dandie's, optional
Instructions
Place the almond milk in a small saucepan over medium low heat.
Whisk in the cocoa powder, matcha, peppermint extra, salt, maple syrup and stevia. Constantly whisk until the mixture is smooth and starts to bubble.
Pour the hot cocoa in a mug and top with marshmallows if you choose.
