Chocolate Banana Oat Waffles {vegan + gf}

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups oat flour
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 3 TBSP chocolate chunks or chocolate chips chopped
  • 3 TBSP pure maple syrup
  • 2 TBSP hemp hearts
  • 1 TSP baking powder
  • 1/4 TSP salt
  • 1/4 TSP cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your waffle maker and coat with cooking spray.
  • Mash the bananas and place in a mixing bowl.
  • Add all of the remaining ingredients and mix until evenly incorporated.
  • Pour the batter into the waffle maker and cook the waffles until lightly browned, then enjoy with maple syrup or your favorite waffle toppers.
