5-Ingredient Strawberry Watermelon Popsicles

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup watermelon
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 2/3 cup light coconut milk
  • 1 medium lemon
  • 2 TBSP maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor or high-powered blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
  • Evenly pour the popsicle mixture into your 6-serving popsicle mold. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze until hard, at least 4 hours.
  • To unmold the popsicles, simply run the mold under warm water for a few seconds. Wiggle the popsicles around, and they should easily pop out. Enjoy!
