The school offers an awesome flexible yearlong program, and I'm in the thick of it and loving it. Every week I feel engaged in the lessons, and it's great how I can listen to the lectures anywhere on my iPad. Hi friends! Anyone else psyched for Thanksgiving? It's 4 PM on Tuesday and I'm already done with my work week! Tomorrow my hubby and I are heading down to San Diego for the rest of the week, and I'm really looking forward to it. It's crazy to think that I haven't been back to San Diego since moving from there to the Bay Area earlier this year -- which was already 7 months ago. I adore SoCal and my friends there, and we have a lot of fun things planned! Peanut Butter Lovers Rejoice
Did you know that today is National Peanut Butter Lover's Day? I am a huge peanut butter fan. My favorite ways to eat it are with apple or banana, in a good ole PB&J sandwich...and possibly straight out of the jar on occasion. Don't even get me started on my love for peanut butter ice cream. I obviously had to celebrate the occasion by eating some PB today. My favorite new kind is from a local company called Pacific Beach Peanut Butter. The owner has a stand at the farmer's market and I don't pass him without trying a sample :) The jar I own at the moment is caramel flavored. To. die. for. He also makes cinnamon, white chocolate, and toffee flavored spreads, plus some other ones I can't recall (kind of happy I don't have his entire line memorized!). I ate some for lunch on whole ...
