Hi friends! I had such an awesome time on vacation last week, but I missed you guys! Even though I had access to my computer some of the time, I really stayed away and just enjoyed visiting my family and friends in Jersey. Between my full-time work, blog/freelance work, and personal email, I get a ridiculous amount of emails, and it felt kind of nice to ignore them for an entire 9 days. Now I'm just trying to catch up and decompress from the craziness that was last week! My hubby flew back to San Diego yesterday, while I'm staying with my parents in Jersey and working from here for the next few weeks to get more quality time in with my loved ones. Greetings from the northeast! My red eye arrived bright and early this morning. Between seeing my family, my hubby's family, my girlfriends, and my friend's wedding that I'm in next weekend, there is a lot of fun to be had on this trip. Today is also my hubby's birthday! Dating Myself as an Early Birthday Treat

My Marine was away for training all weekend and my birthday is coming up in a couple of weeks, so I decided to spend some of the weekend treating myself to early birthday fun. Hey, hey! So, I've seen other bloggers do these "behind the scenes" and photo blooper posts lately, and since I don't feel like blogging about anything that requires too much brainpower today, I figured it was the perfect time to do one myself. Hey friends! How was your weekend? Mine was wonderful and included lots of fun with my little family! Today I thought it'd be fun to talk about my workouts as of late. As usual I've been super active, but lately I've had a few not so fun muscular tweaks happening.
