Living a healthy lifestyle and helping others to do the same is my passion. After counseling my friends and family on healthy living for years, reading as much about health related topics as humanly possibly, and passionately blogging, I took the plunge to becoming a certified wellness coach when I began school at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
At IIN, I studied over 100 major dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts.
The principles of IIN resonate with me deep down in my soul. As the school is dedicated to playing a role in improving health and happiness in the world, I am driven to be a part of that. I’m passionate about helping to enrich lives through health coaching. I believe that so many people could lead healthier, more joyful lives, and they just need some guidance in getting to that happier place.
