Stumped on what to stuff your loved ones’ stockings with? Here are some great stocking stuffer gift ideas for the health & wellness enthusiasts in your life!
Does your family take Christmas stocking gifts seriously?
Every year on Christmas morning growing up, my and my siblings’ stockings would be stuffed with fun little gifts – everything from Starbucks gift cards to lip balm and hair accessories. There would also be gifts surrounding the stockings that fell into the you’re-allowed-to-open-these-early-in-the-day category, such as calendars and travel mugs.
As an adult, I have fun nabbing gifts to stuff my husband’s stocking with. For the first several years we were married, Adam always seemed stumped about what to put in my stocking. But in recent years, it seems that he’s gotten the hang of it! I think that stockings sort of force the gift giver to be a bit creative, and I enjoy it.
This got me thinking about stocking stuffer gifts. I enjoy sharing an annual holiday gift guide on the blog, and my 2021 gift guide is focused on stocking stuffer gift ideas! Read on for 15 fun gifts for the health & wellness lover in your life (and be sure to check out the Black Friday and holiday season sales that each of these brands has currently going on!).
The Best Stocking Stuffer Gifts for Health & Wellness Buffs
Goli Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies
Lately I’ve been into taking more vitamins & supplements to help support my immune system & overall health, which is why you’ll find a few gift ideas that fit into this category in this article. One of the vitamins I’ve been regularly taking is Goli’s apple cider vinegar gummies. They taste like apple candy with a bit of a zing!
In case you didn’t know, apple cider vinegar has been used as a traditional health remedy for centuries. Goli’s ACV gummies contain Vitamin B12 and folic acid to help support heart health and energy metabolism, among other benefits.
Brene Brown’s Book Braving the Wilderness... or any Brene brook!
Brene Brown is an expert on the topics of vulnerability, courage, and shame, and she’s written a variety of books about these topics and more that are relevant to every person out there (Check out her talks on YouTube – she’s a captivating speaker!).
A big part of a healthy lifestyle is having a healthy mindset, and Brene’s books are packed with great reminders for how to maximize happiness and live a brave, full life. Braving the Wilderness is one of my favorite Brene books, and it’d make for a great holiday gift.
PlaneAire Essential Oil Hand Sanitizers
Amidst the COVID pandemic, hand sanitizer has become a staple in most people’s cars, purses, gym bags, etc. I always have hand sanitizer on hand these days to help keep me healthy when I’m out, especially when I’m traveling. This is where PlaneAire comes in: The brand creates plant-based hygiene products, and its hand sanitizers are not your run of the mill drugstore germ killers that dry your hands out and smell icky.
Made with vibrant essential oils, PlaneAire’s hand sanitizers are nourishing, moisturizing and smell great. They offer a variety of kinds, and my two favorites that I’ve tried are lemon carrot and cardamom lavender. PlaneAire’s hand sanitizers are a perfectly sized stocking stuffer gift idea!
Pacha Travel-Sized Body Butters and Scrubs
I’ve been a big fan of Pacha Soap for years. Their scrubs and body butters are a staple in my bathroom, and Pacha travel sized soap + scrub & body butter are great mini options when I’m on the road.
Bobby Pin Box
Chances are high that the longer haired women in your life use bobby pins to keep their hair in place – especially if they’re into fitness and make regular workouts a priority. My husband used to complain that I’d leave bobby pins all over the house, and so one year he got me a bobby pin container to hold all of my bobby pins. I used my little holder on a daily basis, and love it as an inexpensive stocking stuffer gift.
The Friendly Patch
The Friendly Patch is an alternative to taking vitamins and supplements orally. It’s basically a patch that sticks to the skin and releases nutrients throughout the day, and I like it as a slow-release boost. I’ve been wearing their Shield Immunity patches when I want a zinc boost and a bit of extra protection against germs when I’m going to be around people more.
TrailHeads Ponytail Hat
For the outdoor enthusiasts with long hair, TrailHeads ponytail hats is a useful stocking stuffer gift idea – particularly if the person you’re gifting lives somewhere that gets cold in winter.
On my daily walks in the wintertime in New England, my ears tend to get cold. This ponytail hat is an easy way to keep the ears and back of the neck warm.
Bombas Socks
Bombas makes cute socks that actually stay in place – plus, the brand donates a clothing item to people in need with each purchase.
Last winter I threw out every single pair of socks that were constantly falling down or had a hole in it, leaving me with only a few good pairs. I received a bunch of Bombas socks for Christmas, and they’re my go-to socks nowadays to do everything from hiking and going on neighborhood walks, to strength training and cycling workouts in.
LUSH Bath Bombs and Bubble Bars
LUSH makes some great self-care and beauty items, and I especially love their bath bombs and bubble bars. They’re an awesome stocking stuffer gift idea for the person who loves their self-care time or for anyone who could benefit from the relaxation of a nice warm bath!
NUUN Electrolytes
Staying hydrated is an important part of a healthy lifestyle. NUUN makes tasty, hydrating electrolyte blends for people who are constantly on-the-go. Their electrolyte packs are the perfect size to be a stocking stuffer gift idea!
Sourse Vitamin Infused Chocolate
Getting my vitamins in with a few bites of chocolate? Count me in!

Lululemon’s Energy Bra
For the fitness loving woman in your life, Lululemon’s Energy Bra is a high-quality piece of workout clothing that they’d likely love to find in their Christmas stocking.
I’ve featured Lululemon’s Energy Bra in previous gift guides because it is my #1 sports bra. I have probably a dozen of these bras because I wear them all the time!
ATTITUDE Hand Creams
ATTITUDE’s natural hand creams are formulated with calming, hypoallergenic and non-irritating EWG VERIFIED ingredients. Hand creams are especially beneficial to use during colder weather months when hands tend to get dry and crack – making them a great small gift idea during the holiday season.
Essential Oils
Essential oils are distilled from plants, flowers, and seeds. Aromatherapy has been used for thousands of years to improve ailments and relax the body. I diffuse oils on a daily basis, and a few of my favorites are lavender, peppermint and an anti-viral blend like OnGuard (especially throughout the pandemic, and even more so during flu and cold season!).
The Spruce recently published an article on the best essential oil brands of 2021. And if you’ve got a pregnant woman in your life that you want to buy essential oils for, check out my Shape article covering 10 essential oils that ease pregnancy symptoms.
Cacao Bliss Sample Packs
For the smoothie lover in your life, Earth Echo Foods makes a great smoothie product called Cacao Bliss. It’s full of superfoods like cacao, turmeric and MCT powder. They offer a sample pack that consumers only need to pay shipping & handling on, which is a great way to test out Cacao Bliss – and a fun stocking stuffer gift idea!
