Are you more of a waffle or pancake person? I tend to go for pancakes - I make my oatmeal protein pancakes at least once a week - but every now and then I get in the mood for waffles. Today's chocolate banana oat waffle recipe was born out of my latest waffle craving. I didn't have all of the ingredients on hand to make other waffle recipes that I've been wanting to make, so I came up with these healthy waffles instead.
