Let's dive into the topic of the day: recent workouts! You might know this by now, but I have total exercise ADHD. One month I do a ton of barre, hiking, and cycling, then the next month I'm all about boxing, Pilates and tennis. Sitting on the elliptical with a magazine every day is a horribly boring idea to me.
