Hi there! In the start of a new year there's always this word floating around: resolutions. For many people, January is a symbolic fresh start and the ideal time to make positive changes in their lives. While I think that January is as good a time as any to form better habits, and I definitely am excited in beginning this new year, I'm not a huge resolution person per se.
