Happy July!
Random holidays for July: National Blueberry Month, National Anti-Boredom Month, National Cell Phone Courtesy Month, National Hot Dog Month and National Ice Cream Month. I can definitely get behind the first and last ones (no thanks on the hot dogs!)! And of course, the 4th of July is coming up in just a few days. Woohoo for fireworks and patriotic festivities!
First off, the winner of my book giveaway is…
Congrats Amy! 🙂 Email me your address and we’ll send you a copy of Warrior Pose: How Yoga (Literally) Saved My Life.
I don’t know about you guys, but I love a sweet, cold snack in the evenings – especially in the summertime. I’m a sucker for fro yo, frozen berry bowls, and smoothies, and now there’s a new frozen treat favorite in my house: chocolate peanut butter protein pops.
Though I use these ingredients all the time, I never thought to combine them into popsicle molds.. until I saw this recipe on Instagram, created by Geo_Fit. Easy to throw together and at only 80 calories a pop, these popsicles are great for a guilt-free snack fix!
Apparently my dog thinks that the popsicle is for her enjoyment. Harley just lovvveeess to photobomb my pictures!
