Hi friends! It's been a pretty draining week so far being at the hospital with my grandma, but I'm hanging in there along with everyone in my family. Since I've pretty much been living off of bananas, protein bars, Greek yogurts, and almonds the past couple of days and have no fun new eats to talk about, what I do want to share is something I read on The Idealist Revolution.
