Hope your week is off to a good start! It was just another manic Monday for me. I had a good day, it was just go-go-go. And when I finally sat down to relax tonight, I decided that an alcoholic beverage was a fabulous idea. Usually wine is my choice of drink, but tonight I had something else in mind that revolved around this super fruit: Kiwi is packed with a lot of goodness, including fiber, Vitamin C and folic acid.
