Some days I walk into the gym knowing exactly what workout I want to do. Other days, I find myself indecisive about what exercises to do or body parts to work on. Sometimes I can quickly focus, while other times I feel like I have a scatterbrained workout. Feeling the latter about to happen, I jotted down a workout to do before I walked to the gym today. Instead of doing a typical workout where I strength train one or two body parts, I decided to do a circuit routine and touch on a bit of everything - legs, biceps, triceps, shoulders, abs and back.
