Tomorrow morning I'm heading overseas to Amsterdam for a work trip. I've been to the Netherlands once before for work and absolutely loved it. Now I get to go back for a trade show, and am looking forward to getting to see more of the city! For dinner tonight, I wanted to use produce that will probably otherwise go bad while I'm traveling.
