At the gym earlier, I hopped onto the treadmill to do a short incline routine after biking 10 miles and doing some strength training. The 20-minute workout below had my booty rockin’! Don’t let the slower pace fool you – the incline really gets ya. Your butt and hamstrings will especially feel the burn if you pair this workout with strength training leg moves as I did.
And now for my random thought of the day..
You know how people sometimes say ‘It’s the little things in life’? Well, I couldn’t agree more with that statement. The small, seemingly miniscule things can make me feel very happy. I’m easily excitable I suppose, and my new whiteboard is a good example of this.

I am, quite simple, a post-it queen. Clearly I’m big on jotting down notes and reminding myself about things, as I write things on post-its about 27 times a day. This, of course, is magnified by the fact that I work from home. Well, I finally just got the brainiac idea to get a whiteboard to put up in my office, with the thought being that I will be able to reduce the amount of post-its all over my apartment. My whiteboard went up this AM, and I’m already thinking it was an awesome idea!
Oh, it’s the little things in life. 🙂
