At the gym earlier, I hopped onto the treadmill to do a short incline routine after biking 10 miles and doing some strength training. The 20-minute workout below had my booty rockin'! Don't let the slower pace fool you - the incline really gets ya. Your butt and hamstrings will especially feel the burn if you pair this workout with strength training leg moves as I did.
